Piper Crocatum

This vining plant has both a dramatically dark underside and intense pink veining. Her heart shaped leaves are reminiscing of anthuriums. She is small but will be sure to grab attention in your collection.

Your baby plant will come well rooted, with at least three leaves. These plants will be shipped in self watering planters made from plastic cups (clear inside, iridescent outside) and homemade pon mixture. (semi hydroponic substrate) Just add a half inch of spring water or your favorite semi hydroponic mix.

You may notice crystals forming on the up underside of leaves or on stems. These are not pests, but pest control! These sugary crystals are the Piper Crocatum's natural way to attract ants, who will take care of any other bugs.
